1 red onion, cut into feathers
½ cup of lemon juice, chopped cilantro, julienned green pepper, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Put the Pacific Clams and lemon juice in a bowl. Add olive oil, red onion, chili, coriander, salt and pepper. Let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator and serve.
