  • 2 cans of Crabs Geomar
  • 1 loaf
  • 150cc of milk
  • 200 cc of cream
  • ½ garlic
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Color chili pepper
  • ½ cup of white wine
  • 80 g grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Soak the bread with the milk and cream, mix well (it can be with a fork or a mini primer) and reserve. Sauté the onion, garlic and chili in a pan until the onion is translucent. Add the white wine together with the juice from the cans of crab and stir for 5 minutes. Mix with the crab and grated cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
