CREAMED FETUCCINI WITH SALMON

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of Salmon in Geomar water
  • 400 g of packed fettuccine
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 80 g parmesan cheese
  • Olives to taste

Preparation

In a pot of boiling water, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and reserve.
For the sauce, in a pot or deep frying pan, heat the milk, add the butter and add the cream when the mixture is not so hot. Then integrate the fettuccine, salmon, Parmesan cheese and olives. Rectify seasoning.
Serve on a plate and garnish with sprigs of thyme or any fresh herb.
