Ingredients

(4 portions):

4 cans of Crabs Geomar

4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin

½ cup of mayonnaise,

½ cup cream

¼ lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped chives

2 tablespoons of mustard, salt, pepper and 4 tomatoes.

Preparation

Dissolve the gelatin in 1 cup of cold water and leave it for 5 minutes. Mix half of the gelatin with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, mustard, salt, pepper, cream and the meat of Crab. Put the mixture in a round mold and refrigerate for approximately 4 hours. Then, in another container put the previously crushed tomatoes, add salt, pepper and the other half of the unflavored gelatin. Put the tomato mixture in a cylindrical mold and refrigerate. Once solid, scoop out the contents and cut into layers. To serve, remove the mouse from the mold, mount it on a plate and put a layer of the mixture of chilled crushed tomatoes on it.
