- 100 g of smoked rainbow trout @geomarseafood
- watercress sprouts
- Young beets cut into thin slices
- 2 tablespoons of fish sauce (Fish Sauce)
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp of water
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 fresh red chili, chopped (optional, for a spicy touch)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper
