SMOKED TROUT SPOONS

Ingredients
- 2 cans of Trout Lemon Pepper @geomarseafood
- 1 ripe avocado, cut into cubes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced.
- A small bunch of fresh mint.
Preparation
Break up the smoked trout into small portions. Chop the avocado. Add lemon drops, salt, pepper and the oil from the can of Trout Lemon Pepper. Mix well. Cut the pineapple into small cubes and add the finely chopped fresh mint. In the serving spoons put a small amount of pineapple and mint "pipirrana", on top of it put diced avocado. Top with crumbled Trout Lemon Pepper. Decorate each spoon with lemon slices from the can.
