PANKO CHILEAN ABALONE SKEWERS

Ingredients
- 1 can of Geomar locos
- Flour
- Egg
- Panko
- Oil
- Pesto Sauce
Preparation
Open the jar of Locos and cut each loco into 4.
Dip each quarter in flour, then in egg, finishing in panko.
Fry.
Once fried, pierce them on a skewer and assemble on the plate with the pesto sauce.
